Cypher, a private cloud‑based accounting and CFO services provider, is looking for an experienced AI & Automation Engineer to join its Casablanca team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building end‑to‑end automation pipelines that integrate AI/ML models, large‑language models (LLMs), and data‑driven dashboards into financial workflows. This includes designing and deploying Python, JavaScript, and SQL scripts, orchestrating tasks with automation tools, and creating interactive dashboards using BI platforms. The engineer will collaborate closely with finance and accounting stakeholders to understand business requirements, model data, and translate financial statements into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining AI/ML models that support automated decision‑making in finance.
• Implementing LLMs to enhance natural language processing for financial reporting.
• Designing and deploying automation workflows that reduce manual data entry and reconciliation.
• Writing clean, well‑documented code in Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Creating dashboards and visualizations that provide real‑time visibility into key financial metrics.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to integrate automation solutions into existing cloud accounting platforms.
• Ensuring compliance with data security and privacy standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML, experience with LLMs, and proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL. Experience in workflow design, automation tools, data modeling, and dashboard development is essential. Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and management reporting will be considered a plus. A Master’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or finance is required, along with fluency in English and French.
