As the AI Factory Manager, you will spearhead the industrialization of artificial intelligence products within Orange Business’s multi‑national teams. Your primary focus will be to transform cutting‑edge AI research into scalable, market‑ready solutions that meet the evolving needs of our global clientele. You will operate at the intersection of technology, governance, and business strategy, ensuring that every AI product aligns with ethical standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Center of Excellence, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality AI products.
• Industrialize AI solutions by establishing robust pipelines, automating workflows, and integrating best practices.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, collaborating with engineering, data science, and business units.
• Oversee budget planning and financial management, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
• Implement AI governance frameworks to uphold ethical standards and responsible AI deployment.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in data science projects, AI frameworks, deep learning, machine learning, and generative AI.
• Proficiency in project management, product development, and budget management.
• Strong communication skills in English and French, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
