Jobzyn, a fast‑growing HRTech startup headquartered in Casablanca, Morocco, is looking for an AI/ML Engineering Intern to join our data science and engineering teams. This 6‑month internship offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to split your time between our Casablanca office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Fine‑tune existing ML models to improve performance on recruitment‑specific tasks.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and dataset labeling to prepare high‑quality training data.
- Implement embeddings and large language model (LLM) techniques to enhance candidate matching algorithms.
- Collaborate with product managers, recruiters, and cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Document model architecture, training procedures, and evaluation metrics.
- Communicate findings and insights in English to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with ML/AI development and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Hands‑on experience in fine‑tuning ML models and data preprocessing.
- Knowledge of feature engineering, dataset labeling, embeddings, and evaluation techniques.
- Good English communication skills (intermediate level).
Preferred Background
- Current or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Passion for AI and a desire to learn and grow in a fast‑moving startup environment.
