    Welcome to XMA BPO, a leading subsidiary of a Canadian group headquartered in Montreal. We are looking for an energetic B2B Sales Representative to join our Casablanca team and help us expand our client base across the region.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain a portfolio of B2B clients.
    • Identify growth opportunities and propose tailored solutions.
    • Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Ideal Profile:

    • Post‑secondary diploma (recent graduates welcome).
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Interest in technology and ability to simplify concepts.
    • Curiosity, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit.
    • Fluency in French and English (frequent communication outside Quebec).

    Recruitment Process:

    1. Initial phone interview.
    2. Virtual interview with manager.
    3. Sales simulation or case study.
