We are looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Customer Advisor to join TELUS Digital’s call center team in Casablanca, Morocco. The primary focus of this role is to support the Canadian market, which means you will be handling a wide range of customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and promoting TELUS products and services to Canadian clients. Fluency in both English and French is mandatory, as you will be expected to communicate seamlessly in both languages to provide the best possible customer experience.

Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sales or customer service background, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service. Knowledge of the Canadian telecommunications market is considered a plus, but not required.
