The role is based in Casablanca, Morocco, and is pivotal in establishing and scaling the Casablanca center into a strategic hub of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end‑to‑end leadership for the Moroccan BAT practice, aligning local strategy with global objectives.
- Serve as the primary senior contact for key customers, ensuring outstanding service delivery and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute a growth roadmap to solidify Morocco as a key strategic hub within the global network.
- Lead talent development, resource planning, and foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs, managing budgets, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 8+ years of experience in Testing/Quality Assurance, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Proven track record in customer engagement and practice growth.
- Deep expertise in Business Acceptance Testing practices, including automation and functional/non‑functional testing.
- Expertise in testing SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management) is essential.
