Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing testing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Serve as the primary senior stakeholder, ensuring delivery excellence while strategically expanding the practice’s services and customer base.
• Develop and execute a growth roadmap to solidify Morocco as a strategic hub within the global network.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs, managing budgets, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion the integration of next‑generation testing methodologies, including GenAI, automation, and UX, to future‑proof the practice.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 8+ years of experience in Testing/Quality Assurance, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep expertise in Business Acceptance Testing practices, including automation and functional/non‑functional testing.
• Proven track record in customer engagement and practice growth.
• Expertise in testing SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management) is essential.
• Inspirational leader with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
