This high‑impact role is created to establish and scale the Casablanca center into a strategic hub of excellence. You will have the autonomy to shape the team, drive innovation, and directly influence customer success across the organization.

Scope: Strategic Leadership for a Global Hub.

Your Mission:

• Build & Inspire: Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing testing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Drive & Grow: Act as the primary senior stakeholder, ensuring delivery excellence while strategically expanding the practice’s services and customer base.
• Innovate & Transform: Champion the integration of next‑generation testing methodologies (GenAI, Automation, UX) to future‑proof the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end‑to‑end leadership for the Moroccan BAT practice, aligning local strategy with global objectives.
• Serve as the primary senior contact for key customers, ensuring outstanding service delivery and satisfaction.
• Develop and execute a growth roadmap to solidify Morocco as a key strategic hub within the global network.
• Lead talent development, resource planning, and foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs, managing budgets, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 8+ years of experience in Testing/Quality Assurance, including at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Proven track record in customer engagement and practice growth.
• Deep expertise in Business Acceptance Testing practices, including automation and functional/non‑functional testing.
• Expertise in testing SAP Ariba modules is essential, including SAP Ariba Sourcing, SAP Ariba Procurement, and SAP Ariba Supplier Management.
• Inspirational leader with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial, customer‑focused, and thrives in a global, multicultural setting.

Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
