    As the inaugural Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) Lead for our client, a global insurance leader, you will be responsible for building a world‑class testing practice in Casablanca that aligns with the organization’s global strategy. Your mandate is threefold: build and inspire a high‑performing team, drive and grow the practice’s service portfolio, and innovate with next‑generation testing methodologies such as GenAI, automation, and UX testing.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Establishing the BAT practice’s vision, strategy, and operating model in Morocco, ensuring alignment with global objectives and local market dynamics.

    • Leading, mentoring, and scaling a cross‑functional testing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and excellence.

    • Acting as the primary senior stakeholder for key customers, ensuring outstanding service delivery, customer satisfaction, and business value.

    • Developing and executing a growth roadmap that positions Casablanca as a strategic hub within the global network, expanding the practice’s customer base and service offerings.

    • Managing talent acquisition, resource planning, and workforce development to meet evolving business needs.

    • Driving operational excellence by monitoring KPIs, managing budgets, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across testing processes.

    • Championing the adoption of cutting‑edge testing practices, including automation, functional and non‑functional testing, and SAP Ariba module testing (Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management).

    • Collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams to embed testing excellence into the product lifecycle, ensuring quality and compliance from inception to delivery.

    • Leading the integration of GenAI and advanced analytics into testing workflows, enhancing test coverage, efficiency, and insight generation.

    • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership, to advocate for testing initiatives and secure necessary resources.

    • Representing the practice at industry events, conferences, and forums to showcase expertise, attract talent, and stay abreast of emerging trends.

    Ideal candidate profile:

    • Minimum 8 years of experience in Testing/Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing multidisciplinary teams.

    • Deep expertise in Business Acceptance Testing, including automation, functional, and non‑functional testing, and a proven track record of delivering high‑quality results.

    • Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management) and experience testing these solutions.

    • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive business growth.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

    • Entrepreneurial mindset, customer‑focused, and comfortable operating in a global, multicultural environment.

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
