    Position Overview

    We are partnering with a global leader in the insurance sector to establish a high‑impact Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) practice in Casablanca, Morocco. This role is designed to create a strategic hub of excellence, providing end‑to‑end leadership and innovation across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • 8+ years of experience in Testing/Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on functional and non‑functional testing.

    • 3+ years of leadership experience, managing cross‑functional teams and leading large‑scale projects.

    • Deep expertise in SAP Ariba modules – Sourcing, Procurement, and Supplier Management – and the ability to design test cases that validate complex business processes.

    • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as GenAI, automation, and UX testing methodologies.

    • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of engaging clients and driving practice growth.

    • Passion for building a multicultural, customer‑focused practice that delivers measurable value to clients.

    Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) Role in Detail

    Business Acceptance Testing is a critical phase in the software development lifecycle, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements before deployment. As the head of BAT, you will oversee the entire testing lifecycle, from test strategy design to defect management and reporting. Your deep knowledge of SAP Ariba modules will enable you to design test cases that validate complex business processes, ensuring that the solutions meet the needs of the insurance client and other stakeholders.
