Novancy, a private consulting firm specializing in Information Systems and Digital Transformation, is recruiting a highly experienced Business Acceptance Testing Lead (Practice Lead – Business Acceptance Testing (BAT)) to manage and elevate the Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) function for a major insurance sector client. The role is headquartered in Casablanca, Morocco, and will serve as the central figure in establishing a global hub for BAT excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end BAT process, ensuring that commercial systems meet functional and non‑functional requirements before go‑live.
• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans covering functional, non‑functional, automation, and SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product owners, developers, and business stakeholders, to align testing strategies with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging automation tools and best practices to increase testing efficiency and quality.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client’s insurance operations and Novancy’s consulting delivery teams, ensuring clear communication of expectations and deliverables.
• Mentor and coach junior testers and QA analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
• Monitor and report on testing metrics, risk assessments, and quality indicators to senior leadership.

Required Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Testing/Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on Business Acceptance Testing.
• Proven track record in leading testing initiatives for large, global clients.
• Hands‑on expertise in SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management) and automation frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
