Our client, a leading insurance provider, is rapidly expanding its operations in Morocco and requires a seasoned Practice Lead to drive the Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) function. The ideal candidate will bring at least eight years of experience in testing and quality assurance, with a minimum of three years in a leadership capacity. They must possess deep knowledge of SAP Ariba modules—Sourcing, Procurement, and Supplier Management—and be adept at designing and executing both functional and non‑functional test plans.

The Practice Lead will be responsible for building and mentoring a high‑performing team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. They will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, translating business requirements into robust test strategies and ensuring that the team’s output aligns with the client’s strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will champion the integration of emerging technologies such as Generative AI (GenAI), advanced automation frameworks, and user experience (UX) principles into the testing lifecycle. By leveraging these tools, they will streamline test execution, reduce cycle times, and enhance the overall value delivered to clients.

Beyond technical expertise, the Practice Lead must excel in stakeholder management, customer engagement, and practice growth. They will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring that delivery meets or exceeds expectations and that the practice continues to evolve in response to market demands. Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in testing and quality assurance.
• 3+ years of proven leadership in a QA or testing environment.
• Expertise in SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management).
• Strong knowledge of automation, functional and non‑functional testing.
• Experience with GenAI and UX integration.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
