As Chief Financial Officer at z.systems, you will be at the helm of our financial strategy, ensuring the company’s fiscal health and supporting its ambitious growth plans. Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute long‑term financial strategies aligned with our business objectives, driving sustainable growth and profitability.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking, providing data‑driven insights to senior leadership.
• Treasury Management: Oversee day‑to‑day treasury operations, including cash flow planning, revenue collection, and payment disbursement.
• Fiscal Compliance: Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, timely VAT filings, end‑of‑year submissions, and audit readiness.
• Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial reports and statements in line with accounting standards.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks; implement internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Investment Oversight: Analyze and manage investments, capital expenditures, and financial structuring to maximize value creation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong communication with investors, auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial partners.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high‑performing finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent designation highly desirable.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven strategic thinker with ability to connect financial strategy to business goals.
• In‑depth knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management practices, and financial management software.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
