Orange Business, a semi‑public entity operating in the telecommunications and digital services sector, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee critical cloud and network infrastructure initiatives in Salâ Al Jadida, Morocco. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and deployment of cloud‑based solutions and network infrastructure projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and methodologies to structure project phases, define milestones, and track progress.
• Apply Agile and Scrum frameworks to foster iterative development, rapid feedback loops, and adaptive change management.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams comprising engineers, architects, developers, and operations staff across multiple countries.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics, providing transparent reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans to minimize impact on scope, schedule, and cost.
• Manage total cost of ownership (TCO) for infrastructure investments, ensuring cost‑effective solutions that meet long‑term business needs.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, security policies, and regulatory frameworks, including ISO/IEC 27001 and GDPR where applicable.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, including executive briefings, status updates, and post‑project reviews.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on cloud and network infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and network technologies (SD‑WAN, MPLS, 5G).
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale, multi‑site projects within the telecommunications or IT services industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Agile/Scrum practices, with certifications such as Scrum Master or Product Owner preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (French, Arabic) are a plus.
