Foundever Rabat is currently recruiting a limited number of English‑speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our Arribat Center. This role is pivotal in delivering top‑notch support to UK customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the Foundever brand.

Your Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

• Manage inbound Level 1 calls from UK customers, providing first‑line assistance.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and basic support requests with professionalism and empathy.
• Document all customer interactions accurately using internal systems.
• Act as a trusted brand representative, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand integrity.
• Adapt quickly to new computer tools and systems, maintaining high productivity.

Profile Required

• High school diploma (Baccalaureate) or higher.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem‑solving skills.
• Professional, calm, and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable using computer tools and adapting quickly to new systems.
• Immediate availability is a strong advantage.
