English Customer Service Advisor – Rabat
Foundever Rabat is seeking a small team of English‑speaking Customer Service Advisors to support the UK market. This role is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, international call‑center environment and represent a well‑established global brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound Level 1 calls from UK customers, ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
- Respond to inquiries, complaints, and basic support requests, documenting all interactions accurately in internal systems.
- Act as a trusted brand representative, maintaining high customer satisfaction and brand integrity.
- Adapt quickly to new computer tools and systems, documenting interactions efficiently.
Desired Profile
- High school diploma (Baccalaureate) or higher.
- Previous customer‑service experience is an advantage.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem‑solving skills.
- Professional, calm, and customer‑oriented mindset.
- Comfortable using computer tools and adapting quickly to new systems.
- Immediate availability is a strong advantage.
