This 3‑6 month rotational program is crafted for recent engineering graduates who are eager to immerse themselves in the fast‑paced world of distribution and aspire to become future business leaders, general managers, or entrepreneurs.

    Program Structure

    The program is divided into three core phases, each lasting 1‑2 months, followed by a transition into a permanent departmental role based on performance and interest.

    Phase 1 – Sales Representative Retail

    During the first phase, you will be embedded in the field, working directly with retailers such as handouts, mini‑markets, and other independent grocery stores. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Generating orders and executing promotions in real‑time.
    • Negotiating shelf space and product placement.
    • Understanding the drivers of in‑store performance and translating insights into actionable strategies.

    By the end of this phase, you will have a solid grasp of the retail landscape, the challenges retailers face, and the impact of digital tools on their operations.

    Phase 2 – Sales Representative Wholesale

    The second phase transitions you to the wholesale side, where you will learn to manage volume, pricing, and negotiation at scale. Key learning outcomes include:

    • Understanding wholesale pricing models and margin structures.
    • Building relationships with wholesalers and identifying growth opportunities.
    • Using data analytics to track performance, forecast demand, and optimize assortments.

    Hands‑on experience with wholesale operations will equip you with the skills to drive profitability across the supply chain.

    Phase 3 – Managing a Wholesaler Portfolio

    In the final phase, you will take ownership of a portfolio of wholesalers. Your role will involve:

    • Monitoring performance metrics, margins, and assortment.
    • Coordinating with internal teams (sales, marketing, data, operations) to resolve issues and unlock growth.
    • Developing and executing strategies to increase market share and profitability.

    Success in this phase demonstrates your ability to manage complex relationships and deliver measurable results.

    Transition to Department Ownership

    Upon completion of the rotations, you will be offered a permanent role in one of our key departments, such as:

    • Growth / Sales Operations
    • Key Account / Wholesaler Management
    • Trade Marketing / Activation
    • Data & Performance (Business Analysis)
    • Operations / Territory Management

    In this role, you will lead projects, set targets, and drive strategic initiatives, moving from trainee to owner of a business unit.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Field presence: visit retailers and wholesalers to understand daily realities.
    • Sales & negotiation: develop persuasive communication and win‑win deals.
    • Data-driven decision making: build dashboards, track KPIs, and propose actions.
    • Relationship management: build trust with partners and internal stakeholders.
    • Project ownership: lead departmental projects with clear objectives.
    • Rapid learning & execution: iterate quickly, test, learn, and adapt.

    Candidate Profile

    We are looking for:

    • Fresh engineering graduates (0‑2 years of experience).
    • Fluency in French and Darija; English is a plus.
    • Strong analytical skills (Excel/Sheets basics).
    • Driver’s license (preferred for field work).
    • Comfort with 100% ownership and high availability.
    • Adaptability to new environments and challenges.
    • Affinity for numbers, logic, and people.
    • Results‑oriented mindset.
