The Fast Track Business Engineer Program is designed for recent graduates (0–2 years of experience) who are fluent in French and Darija, with English as a plus. The program is structured in three distinct phases:

    Phase 1 – Sales & Retail Operations

    Participants begin as Sales Representatives, engaging directly with independent grocery stores in Casablanca. They learn to navigate the Z marketplace, ensuring product availability, pricing control, and in‑store visibility. Key responsibilities include negotiating with retailers, managing retail operations, and building strong customer relationships.

    Phase 2 – Wholesale & Distribution Management

    In the second phase, trainees transition to wholesale operations, expanding their skill set to include supply chain logistics, inventory management, and field‑based negotiation. They work closely with drivers and logistics teams, leveraging their driver’s license when available, to optimize distribution routes and improve operational efficiency.

    Phase 3 – Data Analysis & Strategic Leadership

    The final phase focuses on data‑driven decision making and strategic planning. Trainees analyze sales data using Excel or Google Sheets, identify trends, and develop actionable insights for the leadership team. They also manage small projects, coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, and present findings to founders and senior executives.

    Program Outcomes

    Upon completion, participants are positioned as Business Engineers, a role that blends sales acumen, operational expertise, and analytical rigor. They gain direct exposure to the company’s founders, participate in high‑level strategy discussions, and assume real responsibility from day one.
