Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with project managers to deliver functional and technical support for new insurance product launches.
- Supervise design engineers, ensuring that specific development milestones are met and that technical specifications are accurately translated into actionable tasks.
- Facilitate the transfer of knowledge and the technical‑functional up‑skilling of the project team, ensuring a smooth handover of responsibilities.
- Write detailed technical specifications for new developments, leveraging deep expertise in GraphTalk AIA and AIAV4.
