About the Role

As a Freelance GraphTalk AIA Expert, you will spearhead the technical implementation of Graphtalk AIA within the insurance domain. Your responsibilities will span across functional and technical support, product configuration, and the creation of comprehensive technical specifications. You will work closely with project managers to align technical solutions with business objectives, ensuring that insurance products are configured accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support to project teams.
• Configure insurance products using AIAV4 and Graphtalk AIA.
• Draft and review technical specifications and documentation.
• Lead the technical‑functional upgrade of existing systems.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to ensure team competency.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align implementation timelines.

Required Expertise

• Extensive experience with Graphtalk AIA and AIAV4 platforms.
• Proven ability to configure insurance products and write detailed technical specifications.
• Strong background in computer science and project management support.

Contract Details

This is a 6‑month renewable freelance assignment conducted entirely via remote work. Compensation will be negotiated based on expertise and deliverables.
