About the Role

Novancy, a leading provider of staffing and talent recruitment solutions, is looking for a Senior C# ASP.NET Core Developer to join our team on a long‑term freelance basis. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality applications using C# and ASP.NET Core 8.
• Implement asynchronous programming patterns, generics, and design patterns to create robust, maintainable code.
• Leverage Entity Framework Core for data access, writing efficient LINQ and SQL queries.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Write comprehensive unit tests using xUnit and Moq to guarantee code quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design scalable, high‑performance architectures.
• Analyze complex business requirements, especially within the payroll and temporary work sector, and translate them into technical solutions.
