The role is pivotal in safeguarding Glovo’s reputation, architecting storytelling, and ensuring seamless information flow to all stakeholders in a highly visible industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic & Operational Planning: Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with top‑tier media, journalists, influencers, and opinion leaders.
- Content Creation: Craft corporate storytelling, press releases, op‑eds, Q&A, talking points, videos, and social content.
- Reputation & Crisis Management: Monitor media/social coverage, anticipate risks, provide insights, and manage crisis responses.
- Digital Management: Oversee the company’s digital presence as part of the overall communication strategy.
- Public Affairs & Government Relations: Support initiatives with narrative development, briefing documents, stakeholder materials, and event preparation.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.
Required Profile:
- 5+ years in Communications, Public Affairs, Journalism, Corporate Affairs, or PR agency.
- Excellent writing skills in Arabic, French & English.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Multitasking ability, attention to detail, high quality standards.
- Comfortable in fast‑paced environments, high energy, creativity, entrepreneurial mindset.
