We are looking for a Communications Lead to strengthen our Global Affairs team in Morocco. The successful candidate will be the guardian of Glovo’s reputation, the architect of its storytelling, and the go‑to person for ensuring effective information flow to all stakeholders in a highly exposed industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic & Operational Planning: Develop and execute communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with top‑tier media, journalists, influencers, and opinion leaders.
- Content Creation: Produce corporate storytelling, press releases, op‑eds, Q&A, talking points, videos, and social content.
- Reputation & Crisis Management: Anticipate, track, and mitigate reputation risks; manage crisis responses.
- Digital Management: Oversee the company’s digital presence as part of the overall communication strategy.
- Public Affairs & Government Relations: Support initiatives with narrative development, briefing documents, stakeholder materials, and event preparation.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
What You Will Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in Communications, Public Affairs, Journalism, Corporate Affairs, or PR agency.
- Excellent writing skills in Arabic, French & English.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage fast‑paced environments.
- High energy, creativity, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
