    Glovo, a Barcelona‑based fast‑growing delivery platform, operates in over 1,500 cities across 23 countries, connecting millions of users with local businesses. In Morocco, the company is expanding its presence and requires a seasoned Communications Lead to strengthen its Global Affairs team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic & Operational Planning: Develop and execute communication strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with top-tier media, journalists, influencers, and opinion leaders in Arabic, French, and English markets.
    • Content Creation: Produce corporate storytelling, press releases, op‑eds, Q&A documents, talking points for leadership, videos, and social media content.
    • Reputation & Crisis Management: Monitor media and social coverage, anticipate risks, provide insights, and manage responses to crisis situations.
    • Digital Management: Oversee the company’s digital presence as part of the overall communication strategy.
    • Public Affairs & Government Relations: Support public affairs initiatives, develop briefing documents, stakeholder materials, and coordinate event preparation.
    • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.

    Candidate Profile:

    • 5+ years of experience in Communications, Public Affairs, Journalism, Corporate Affairs, or PR agency.
    • Excellent writing skills in Arabic, French, and English.
    • Strong organisational, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to multitask.
    • High attention to detail, quality standards, and ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset and high energy.
