Operating in over 1,500 cities across 23 countries, the company offers a multi‑category marketplace that delivers everything from food and groceries to pharmaceuticals and retail goods. The Global Affairs Communications Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping Glovo’s public image and ensuring effective communication with a diverse set of stakeholders, including media, influencers, government bodies, and internal teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic & Operational Planning: Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with top-tier media, journalists, influencers, and opinion leaders in Morocco.
    • Content Creation: Produce high‑quality corporate storytelling, press releases, op‑eds, Q&A documents, talking points for leadership, videos, and social media content in Arabic, French, and English.
    • Reputation & Crisis Management: Monitor media and social coverage, anticipate potential risks, and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Lead response strategies during crisis situations.
    • Digital Management: Oversee Glovo’s digital presence, ensuring alignment with the overall communication strategy.
    • Public Affairs & Government Relations: Support public affairs initiatives by developing narratives, briefing documents, stakeholder materials, and event preparation. Coordinate with regional and global teams to maintain message consistency.
    • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives, adjusting tactics as needed to maximize impact.

    Candidate Profile:

    • 5+ years of experience in Communications, Public Affairs, Journalism, Corporate Affairs, or a PR agency.
    • Exceptional writing skills in Arabic, French, and English.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation abilities with a proven capacity to multitask in fast‑paced environments.
    • High attention to detail, quality standards, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic, high‑visibility industry.
