Its mission is to provide instant access to anything a customer needs, making the delivery experience seamless and reliable.

We are looking for a Communications Lead to join our Global Affairs team in Morocco. This role is pivotal in shaping and protecting Glovo’s reputation in a highly visible industry. The successful candidate will act as the guardian of our brand narrative, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic & Operational Planning: Develop and execute communication strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring that all initiatives support Glovo’s growth and brand positioning.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with top‑tier media, journalists, influencers, and opinion leaders in the region. Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and partnership opportunities.
    • Content Creation: Craft compelling corporate storytelling, press releases, op‑eds, Q&A documents, talking points for leadership, videos, and social media content. Ensure a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
    • Reputation & Crisis Management: Monitor media and social coverage, anticipate potential risks, and develop proactive mitigation strategies. Lead the response to crisis situations, coordinating with relevant teams to protect the brand.
    • Digital Management: Oversee Glovo’s digital presence, including website, social media, and other digital platforms, as part of the overall communication strategy.
    • Public Affairs & Government Relations: Support public affairs initiatives by developing narratives, briefing documents, stakeholder materials, and event preparation. Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure message consistency worldwide.
    • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 5+ years of experience in communications, public affairs, journalism, corporate affairs, or a PR agency.
    • Excellent writing skills in Arabic, French, and English.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
    • Attention to detail, high quality work standards, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic, inclusive culture that values diversity and innovation.

    Benefits:

    • Equity plan to share in the company’s success.
    • Top‑notch private health insurance.
    • Monthly Glovo credit for personal use.
    • Flexible work arrangements: up to two days a week from home and up to three weeks a year working from anywhere.
    • Enhanced parental leave and on‑site nursery.
    • Online therapy and wellbeing benefits.

Glovo is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply, even if they feel they do not meet every requirement. We value talent, passion, and the ability to grow.
