The assignment spans six months with the possibility of renewal, targeting the insurance sector where advanced product management and technical expertise are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with project managers to deliver functional and technical support throughout the lifecycle of new insurance product development.
• Lead and supervise design engineers, ensuring that specific development milestones are met and that engineering outputs align with business objectives.
• Facilitate the transfer of knowledge and conduct technical‑functional upskilling sessions for the project team, fostering continuous improvement and capability building.
• Draft and review technical specifications for bespoke developments, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with regulatory and product requirements.

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Extensive experience with Graphtalk AIA, including hands‑on configuration of products and management actions within AIAV4 for provident and savings products.
• Strong command of application code to author detailed technical specifications and support development teams.
• Proficiency in English at C1/C2 level, enabling effective communication with international stakeholders.
