Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with project managers to deliver functional and technical support for new insurance product launches.
• Supervise design engineers, ensuring timely progress on specific development tasks.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and technical‑functional upskilling of the project team.
• Draft and review technical specifications for development initiatives.

Required Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Extensive experience with Graphtalk AIA, including configuration of AIAV4 products for provident and savings offerings.
• Strong command of application code to author detailed technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills in English at C1/C2 level.
