The assignment is a 6‑month renewable contract, fully remote, designed to support our insurance sector clients in delivering cutting‑edge insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with project managers to provide functional and technical support throughout the lifecycle of new insurance product development.
• Supervise design engineers, ensuring that specific developments meet defined technical and functional specifications.
• Lead the transfer of skills and facilitate the technical‑functional upgrading of the project team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Draft and review technical specifications for specific developments, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between the client’s business stakeholders and the engineering team, translating business needs into actionable technical tasks.

Desired Profile:

• Academic background: Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Professional experience: Significant hands‑on experience with Graphtalk AIA, including configuration of products and management actions in AIAV4 for provident and savings products.
• Technical proficiency: Mastery of application code to write detailed technical specifications and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Language skills: C1/C2 level in English, enabling effective communication with international stakeholders.
• Soft skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
