We are currently looking for a GraphTalk AIA Technical Expert (Freelance) to join our dynamic team on a 6‑month contract. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with a diverse group of experts and stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Technical and Functional Support: Provide day‑to‑day assistance to project teams using Graphtalk AIA, ensuring smooth operation and rapid issue resolution.
• Configuration and Management of AIAV4: Configure insurance products and manage related actions within the AIAV4 platform, tailoring solutions to meet client specifications.
• Technical Specification Writing: Draft comprehensive technical specifications that translate business requirements into actionable development plans.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, and business analysts to align technical deliverables with project timelines and objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance system performance, streamline processes, and adopt best practices in both technical and functional domains.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Extensive experience with Graphtalk AIA and AIAV4 platforms.
• Proficiency in writing detailed technical specifications and documentation.
• Strong functional support skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent project management capabilities, including task prioritization, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
• Fluency in English at a C1/C2 level, ensuring effective collaboration with international teams.
