As Head of Data Strategy at Novancy, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the company’s data vision, encompassing governance, architecture, analytics, and AI initiatives. Your role involves leading a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, data scientists, and analysts to deliver actionable insights that align with business priorities. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into data projects, ensuring that data quality, security, and regulatory compliance (including GDPR) are maintained at the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive data strategy that supports the organization’s growth and innovation goals.
• Designing and maintaining scalable data architectures, including data lakes, warehouses, and real-time streaming pipelines.
• Implementing robust data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance across all data assets.
• Leading the adoption of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions to unlock new business opportunities.
• Managing vendor relationships and evaluating emerging technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, SQL, NoSQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
