As Head of Data, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the company’s data vision, encompassing governance, architecture, analytics, and AI initiatives. You will lead cross‑functional data teams—including data engineers, data scientists, and analysts—to deliver insights that drive business decisions. Your role involves aligning data projects with strategic priorities, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with regulations such as GDPR, and identifying technology partnerships with Big Data tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). You will also champion best practices in DataOps and MLops, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, possesses over ten years of experience in data management, and has at least five years in a leadership capacity. Strong strategic thinking, communication skills, and a proven track record in mature data environments are essential.
