We are currently seeking a Head of Data Strategy to spearhead our data initiatives and drive business value through data-driven decision making.

As Head of Data Strategy, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the company’s data vision, governance framework, architecture, analytics capabilities, and AI roadmap. You will lead cross-functional data teams—including data engineers, data scientists, and analysts—to deliver high-quality, secure, and compliant data solutions that align with our clients’ and internal priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive data strategy that supports business objectives and enhances competitive advantage.
• Establishing data governance policies, data quality standards, and security protocols to ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulatory requirements.
• Architecting scalable data platforms and pipelines using modern big‑data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Overseeing data engineering and data science initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of insights and predictive models.
• Collaborating with senior leadership to prioritize data projects, allocate resources, and measure ROI.
• Identifying and evaluating technology partnerships and vendor solutions that can accelerate data capabilities.

Ideal candidate profile:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in data management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in Hadoop, Spark, SQL, NoSQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of GDPR, DataOps, and MLops best practices.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
