This permanent role (CDI) places the successful candidate at the helm of the company's data vision, governance, architecture, and analytics initiatives. The Head of Data will lead cross‑functional teams of data engineers, data scientists, and analysts, ensuring that data projects align with business priorities and deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities include defining and implementing a comprehensive data strategy, overseeing data quality, security, and compliance with GDPR and other regulatory frameworks, and identifying and evaluating technology partnerships such as Hadoop, Spark, SQL, NoSQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). The role also involves driving AI and MLops practices, fostering a culture of data‑driven decision making, and collaborating closely with senior leadership to translate business objectives into actionable data projects.

The ideal candidate brings more than ten years of experience in data management, with at least five years in a leadership capacity. A strong technical foundation in data technologies, coupled with expertise in data governance, architecture, analytics, and AI, is essential. Knowledge of legal frameworks, best practices in DataOps and MLops, and a strategic mindset are also required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization are critical for success.
