As the Head of Data, you will be the strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing the company’s data vision. Your mandate includes establishing robust data governance frameworks, designing scalable data architectures, and driving advanced analytics and AI initiatives that align with business priorities.

You will lead cross-functional data teams comprising data engineers, data scientists, and analysts, ensuring high standards of data quality, security, and regulatory compliance, particularly with GDPR and other relevant legal frameworks. Your role will also involve forging partnerships with technology vendors and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP to stay at the forefront of Big Data and cloud innovations.

We expect a proven track record of at least ten years in data management, with a minimum of five years in a leadership capacity. You should possess deep expertise in Hadoop, Spark, SQL, NoSQL, and cloud-based data services, as well as a solid understanding of DataOps and MLops best practices. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline is required, along with experience in data‑mature industries where data-driven decision making is critical.
