This senior leadership position demands a deep understanding of data governance, architecture, analytics, and artificial intelligence, with a focus on aligning data initiatives with overarching business objectives. The successful candidate will spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive data strategy, ensuring robust data quality, security, and compliance with GDPR and other regulatory frameworks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing data governance frameworks that promote data integrity and accessibility across the organization.
• Architecting scalable data solutions that integrate advanced analytics and AI capabilities to unlock actionable insights.
• Leading cross-functional data teams, fostering collaboration between data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Aligning data projects with strategic business priorities to maximize ROI and support decision-making processes.
• Ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
• Identifying and establishing partnerships with leading Big Data tools and cloud platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, SQL, NoSQL, AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
