Position Overview

The Head of Product – Credit will be responsible for leading the end‑to‑end product lifecycle of Yakeey’s credit offerings. This includes defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the credit product strategy, ensuring alignment with Yakeey’s overall business goals.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap covering application, credit scoring, pre‑approval, exceptions, and notary workflow integration.
• Lead and mentor a cross‑functional product team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and legal teams to deliver seamless product experiences.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners, regulators, and internal business units.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Optimize approval rates and reduce processing times through data‑driven initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 6‑9 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on credit, fintech, or banking products.
• Proven track record of leading product teams and delivering complex product solutions.
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and ROI‑focused mindset.
• Strong customer orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively across functions and with external partners.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher (BAC +5).

Languages

English (required). French (preferred).

Work Arrangement

Hybrid (HB) – a mix of remote and on‑site work.

Contract Type

Permanent (CDI).

Casablanca, Morocco.
