    Position Overview

    The Internal Controller will be based in Rabat, Morocco, and will play a pivotal role in the finance and control function of Orange Business. The primary focus of the role is to design, implement, and monitor internal control procedures during the migration of 80+ legal entities to the new FUSION ERP platform. This migration is a critical component of Orange Business’s digital strategy, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and financial integrity across all entities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Control Design & Implementation: Draft comprehensive internal control procedures and policies tailored to the new ERP system, ensuring alignment with international best practices.
    • Process Documentation: Create and maintain detailed process documentation for all finance and control activities, ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.
    • Support BPM/BPIM: Collaborate with Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Process Improvement Management (BPIM) teams to embed control logic into business processes.
    • SMR Coordination: Lead the Standard Minimum Review (SMR) rollout across all entities, ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting.
    • Audit Management: Coordinate external audits and internal audit activities, providing necessary documentation and evidence to auditors.
    • Risk Assessment: Identify and assess control risks, propose mitigation strategies, and monitor their effectiveness.
    • Reporting: Prepare and present control performance reports to senior finance leadership, highlighting key risk indicators and improvement opportunities.

    Candidate Profile

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • A Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Audit, or Risk Management.
    • 2‑5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or internal control roles.
    • Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000).
    • Experience with ERP implementation, particularly FUSION ERP or similar systems.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in English; French language skills are a plus.
    • Detail-oriented, rigorous, and capable of multitasking in an autonomous environment.
