In this role, you will be at the forefront of evaluating investment opportunities across diverse African markets and sectors, leveraging your analytical acumen and financial expertise to drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in‑depth market research and industry analysis to identify high‑potential investment targets.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models, including discounted cash flow valuations, comparable company analyses, leveraged buyout scenarios, and projected investment returns.
• Support due diligence processes across financial, operational, and strategic dimensions, ensuring thorough assessment of risks and opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive investment committee memoranda, valuation reports, and transaction recommendations for senior leadership.
• Monitor the financial performance and strategic development of portfolio companies, tracking key performance indicators and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Engage directly with management teams and shareholders to discuss reporting, value creation initiatives, and strategic alignment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a top‑tier business school, university, or related institution in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum six months of relevant professional experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance (internships included).
• Strong financial modeling capabilities and proficiency in Excel.
• Solid understanding of valuation methodologies and investment analysis frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
• Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments.
• Interest in African markets and emerging economy dynamics.
• Fluency in English and French (required). Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
