Cypher, a private technology‑driven accounting and CFO firm, is seeking a highly motivated Junior Accountant to join its Casablanca team. This full‑time, permanent (CDI) role is designed for individuals with 0‑2 years of experience who are eager to grow within a fast‑paced, cloud‑based financial services environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of accounting tasks, including daily bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and the preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local Moroccan regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date financial records through meticulous bookkeeping.
• Preparing and reconciling general ledger accounts, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Conducting data entry operations with precision, leveraging advanced Excel skills and Power BI for reporting.
• Collaborating with senior finance staff to produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Minimum 0‑2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
