Position Overview
Cypher is looking for an Accounting Junior to join its Moroccan office in Casablanca. The successful candidate will contribute to the bookkeeping and accounting of our client portfolio, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with international standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and support day‑to‑day bookkeeping.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and best accounting practices.
- Utilize data entry skills and proficiency with accounting software (SAP, XERO, QuickBooks, CRM).
- Produce work with high accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting or equivalent.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a hybrid work environment.
Work Environment

Compensation
