Novancy Consulting, a leading IT staffing firm, invites applications for the position of Junior Tech Recruiter based in Casablanca, Morocco. This full‑time role is designed for recent graduates or individuals with up to six months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or related fields. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging qualified tech talent through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche tech communities to locate potential candidates. Craft compelling job advertisements that resonate with the target audience.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Document evaluations and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines.
- Candidate Experience: Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field (internships included).
- Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
- Basic understanding of technology-related fields and recruitment processes.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a bonus.
