    We are currently seeking a Junior Tech Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for technology-focused positions. You will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, build talent pipelines, and deliver high-quality candidates that meet our clients’ needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sourcing: Identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter), professional networks, and other channels. Craft compelling job advertisements to attract top talent.
    • Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and language proficiency. Evaluate alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines.
    • Candidate Experience: Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field (internships included).
    • Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
    • Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
    • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques; advanced level is a plus.
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a bonus.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
