Novancy, a leading IT staffing firm, is expanding its recruitment team in Casablanca. We seek a Junior Tech Recruiter to support our clients in the technology and digital transformation sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing qualified candidates through social media, job boards, and professional networks, to conducting initial phone or video interviews and maintaining accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Identify and attract talent using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Job Advertising: Craft compelling job postings to attract top candidates.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
- Screening: Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates through timely communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 0–6 months of recruitment or sourcing experience.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Strong research and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with ATS.
