Novancy, a leading IT staffing firm based in Casablanca, is seeking a Junior Tech Recruiter to support our growing client base in the technology and digital transformation sectors. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and evaluating talent for a variety of tech roles across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and other channels to identify qualified candidates.
- Job Advertising: Craft compelling job postings to attract top talent.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular updates on sourcing progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 0 to 6 months of recruitment or sourcing experience (internships included).
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques; advanced knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with ATS.
