    Novancy, a leading recruitment and consulting firm headquartered in Casablanca, is seeking a Junior Tech Recruiter to join its growing talent acquisition team. This entry‑level position is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology recruitment and eager to learn the intricacies of sourcing and hiring within the IT industry. The successful candidate will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific needs of technology clients, develop job descriptions, and identify suitable candidates through various sourcing channels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
    • Conduct proactive sourcing using job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates.
    • Screen resumes and applications to assess fit against technical and cultural criteria.
    • Perform initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical knowledge, problem‑solving abilities, and communication skills.
    • Coordinate interview schedules, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings and build relationships with passive talent.
    • Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to stakeholders.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in tech recruitment.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both French and English.
    • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms.
    • Ability to research and analyze candidate data to support hiring decisions.
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
