Position: Junior Technical Recruiter

Location: Casablanca, Morocco

Employment Type: Full‑time (Hybrid model)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Candidates: Identify qualified candidates using job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), professional networks, and other channels. Craft compelling job advertisements to attract top talent.
• Screening Candidates: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and language proficiency. Assess alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings, ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines.
• Candidate Experience: Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field (internships included).
• Preference for candidates with a good understanding of technology‑related fields.
• Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques – a plus if advanced.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a bonus.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
