    Novancy, a leading staffing and talent recruitment firm specializing in Information Systems and Digital Transformation, is expanding its recruitment team in Casablanca. We are seeking a Junior Technical Recruiter to support our growing client base across various technology sectors. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and evaluating candidates for a range of technical roles, from software developers to infrastructure specialists.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, specialized tech forums), and professional networks to identify qualified candidates.
    • Job Advertising: Craft compelling job postings that attract top talent and reflect our clients’ brand values.
    • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
    • Reporting: Document candidate evaluations and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • 0 to 6 months of recruitment or sourcing experience (internships included).
    • Basic understanding of technology-related fields.
    • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
    • Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Basic familiarity with MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
