Novancy Consulting, a leading IT staffing firm specializing in Information Systems and Digital Transformation, is expanding its recruitment team in Casablanca. We are looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts across multiple technology verticals, including SAP Implementation, Enterprise Architecture, and Cloud Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and other channels to identify qualified candidates for tech roles.
- Job Advertising: Craft compelling job postings to attract top talent and maintain a strong employer brand.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 0 to 6 months of recruitment, sourcing, or related experience (internships included).
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Strong research and communication skills with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques; advanced level is a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a bonus.
