Position: Junior Technical Recruiter
Location: Casablanca, Morocco
Employment Type: Full‑time (Hybrid model)
Contract: Permanent (CDI)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and other channels.
- Job Advertising: Craft compelling job postings to attract top talent.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Documentation: Record candidate evaluations accurately in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Communicate professionally and promptly to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 0 to 6 months of recruitment, sourcing, or related experience (internships included).
- Basic understanding of technology-related fields.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Strong research and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with ATS is a bonus.
